Professional Experience
Moss has worked as a property and casualty claim consultant and expert witness since 2016, providing consultation and expert witness services for both plaintiffs and insurer defendants. She offers consultation on industry standards, practices, and norms for personal and commercial property and casualty claim handling procedures, supervision, management, and bad faith exposure management. Moss has experience as both a consulting and testifying expert in litigation matters, including case review, analysis, written opinions, rebuttals, affidavits, disclosures, deposition testimony, and trial testimony.
From 2015 to 2016, Moss worked as a consultant and expert witness at Highbanks Insurance Professionals, LLC, providing consultation services in industry standards, best practices, claim handling procedures, management, and bad faith exposure management. She also offered expert witness services on a case-by-case basis.
Between 2012 and 2014, Moss worked as an independent property and casualty claims consultant, offering professional support in claim matters, including analysis, evaluation, strategy, bad faith allegations and exposures, coverage review and analysis, audit services, and discovery disclosure guidance.
