Frequently asked.

How does an engagement typically begin?

With a complimentary 30-minute call under privilege to understand the matter, parties, and timeline. If a conflict check clears within 48 hours, we move to an engagement letter and retainer.

What are your fees?

Rates vary by the nature of the engagement and the anticipated scope. A written fee schedule is shared after the initial conflict check; retainers are estimated against a preliminary work plan.

How do you handle conflicts?

Every prospective engagement runs through a full conflict check against our current and prior matters before substantive work begins.

What is your availability?

I am currently accepting a limited number of engagements for Q2 and Q3 of 2026. Please note any deposition or trial deadlines when reaching out.

Can you provide a sample report?

Redacted excerpts are available upon request once a conflict check has cleared and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
